Boat trip in south Skyros
Starting from Linaria port we first pass through “Diavates”, a deserted island that creates the perfect habitat for rare bird species and lizard. Afterwards, we cross “Tris Boukes” bay and the sea caves, watching the lighthouse of the island in the background. The crew then offers a generous treat, ouzo or tsipouro with meze. Our next destination is the wonderful
uninhabited island, “Sarakiniko” and the sandy small beach “Glyfada” with the crystal clear waters. There, we will have the time to relax under the shadow of the umbrellas and to enjoy a fresh sea food meal, local delicacy that will be cooked on the boat from the captain and the crew.

Daily cruise – Departure from Pefkos
Sea tours to the North coastline of Skyros. Visit the beaches of Pefkos, Alyko, Skyropoula, Podies and swim in the crystal clear waters of Agios Fokas on the northwest part of the island, where the dense pinewoods meet the turquoise waters that surround the island. A sea food meal is included.

Scuba diving
The Scuba diving activity in Skyros island is a chance to discover unknown worlds in the bottom of the sea and to get in touch with the mystery of underwater life. The guidance of an experienced dive instructor is essential for your safety. The owner and official instructor of the certified diving center, Vasilis Trakos, gives the necessary training and equipment so that this extraordinary experience will remain unforgettable. An unbeatable experience.
Scuba sessions, begin either at 09:00 or 10:00 A.M. depending on the season. The location, depends on the weather and if divers’ certification exist. Diving sessions duration, is about three hours for both licenced divers and beginners.
Hiking Tours
We invite you to participate in hiking expeditions all around the island. Discovering the routes which you would not find yourselves in the unspoilt areas of the island. There are several hikes to choose. From rocky trails in craggy slopes surrounded by the deep blue of the Aegean Sea to plane paths partly shaded by pines and cedars into a forest full of herbs, old chapels and wildflowers. Our experienced guides will be always there to assist you. For more than 12 people a second guide is suggested.
A daily guided bus tour around the island
In this daily trip, visitors will have the chance to admire the natural beauty of Skyros island. During our excursion we will see outstanding beaches, like “Kira Panagia”, “Atsitsa” and “Agios Fokas”, “Acherounes” most of them surrounded by cedars and pine trees. The combination of blue and green along with a cup of greek coffee or ouzo and meze, will relax “body and mind”. The panoramic view from the chapel of Agios Panteleimonas to “Pefkos” bay and the south part of the island creates a stunning landscape. We then arrive at “Linaria”, the main port of Skyros. Half an hour stop to get to know the area, watch the fishing boats, yachts, visit the local shops and the church of Agios Nikolaos, “Kalamitsa” area with the sandy beach and its crystal clear waters and “Nyfi” spring are our next visit. On the way back we will stop in “Mouries” farm to see the worldwide known and rare species of Skyrian horse.
During our tour we will have the time for a swim and optional meal in one of the beaches.

Let’s see Skyros Town
In the main cobbled street of the Town (Chora), visitors can get closer to the Skyrian handicraft, enjoy local dishes. Wander around the picturesque settlement and admire the “traditional Skyrian house”. Visit numerous Old churches hidden round the corners and end up to the monastery of Saint George, patron saint of the island, which dominates at the top the hill and the Venetian Castle. Stunning panoramic views towards the whole of the island. The “Folklore Museum Faltaits” and the “Archeological” museum in Town are of great interest and really worth a visit, representing the culture of Skyros, dating back in the prehistoric era.
In this unique stroll visitors will have free time to explore the Town. In addition, there is the possibility for those who would like to go walking back to their hotels, to do so.

Horse Riding
In the beautiful island of Skyros, we offer you the chance to enjoy short and long horse rides. You can live the unique experience of horse riding in a fabulous natural landscape over the north side of the island. Our horses are well trained and ideal for all ages and for all skill levels. Even the non experienced can enjoy the rides, which last 1 hour or up to a 3 hours excursion in Agalipa beach, where we will combine relaxation and swimming. The man in charge of the horse riding centre, he is the also the one who accompanies all the rides. A real horse experienced whisperer, lives all his life with the company of the horses and runs this place for over 25 years working with love, patience and care, the basics elements of the unique relationship between “man and horse”.
Half day horses: A)7 – 14 pax , ( 3 hrs = 2 X 50 min =1 HOUR and 40 min, ride time ) at location “Kyra Panagia”, for a more mature group that seeks a beach with facilities.1 hour and 20, min or less if you wish, leisure time. TOTAL 3 HOURS. (up to 14 persons, 7 are riding while 7 participate on a small walking tour, combined local light food, in a nearby tavern. B) 7 pax, (4 hours = 2 X 1 hr.+ 15 min = 2 and a half hours ride time), at location “Agalipa”, for a younger and middle age group, in a wilderness beach. 1 hour and 30 min, or less if you wish, leisure time. TOTAL 4 HOURS. Because of the long duration, it can be combined with a small walking tour, like the above situation.
